At first glance, you would have some serious doubts about ordering here. The outside is rough looking, and the inside is very simple but just as rough. As another reviewer mentioned, it's freezing inside. Due to covid the counter area, is a makeshift plexiglass ordering window. It's hard to understand what is being said from both parties, because the sound system (microphone) is terrible. This is a cash only restaurant, and there is a ATM available if needed. As for the food, I was very impressed. The taste was really good, and the food tasted clean (not greasy). For a typical american fast food chinese restaurant, this place is one of the better ones

Still my favorite Chinese food in the city since childhood. Owners changed I think but the food pretty much the same! You know it be smelling like some good food when you pass by there.

IMO they have some of the best American Chinese takeout food in Buffalo. Always hot, fresh, and flavorful. However, I wish you didn't have to pay an extra $2/per order for a more authentic (egg, green onion, and bean sprouts) rice. It would be worth it if it was a decent amount of egg and onions.

I’ve lived in a lot of different states, I’ve tried lots of Chinese food, from California to Pennsylvania there is nothing like Kim’s Kitchen! I’ve been coming here since a kid!!! I’m in my 30’s now. Kim’s is hands down THE best!!!
